Ingersoll Rand in Coslada, Madrid, seeks an Inside Sales Support professional to assist Area Sales Managers, distributors, and customers with inquiries, quotations, orders, and communications. You will coordinate events, training, and trade shows while supporting marketing and business development initiatives.

You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, deliver remote and onsite support, and contribute to continuous improvement projects within a global company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales/technical sales or service environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; telephone skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken, B2).

Responsabilidades

• Support Area Sales Managers, distributors, and customers with inquiries, quotations, orders, and communications.
• Coordinate sales events, training, factory visits, meetings, and trade shows.
• Support marketing, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver customer and sales team support remotely and onsite.
• Manage databases, commercial communications, and sales materials.
• Analyze sales performance and provide reporting to commercial leadership.
• Deliver training on sales tools and processes.
• Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement activities
