Job summary

SKA Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technology operations. The role focuses on delivering reliable IT services, safeguarding company data, and implementing technology solutions to support business growth and efficiency.

The successful candidate will manage IT projects, ERP systems, cloud services, and cross-location support, driving digital transformation and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 3–5 years IT experience, with managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and system administration.
• Experience with ERP, cloud services, and IT project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, software, and business applications.
• Oversee ERP systems, Microsoft 365, system integration, and IT support operations.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, data protection policies, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, software licences, and IT asset inventory.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security controls.
• Lead IT personnel and provide technical support across offices and project sites.
