Job summary

Empresa Privada - Confidencial is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our growing international organization. The role focuses on administering, monitoring, and improving IT infrastructure across multiple locations to ensure performance, security, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in systems administration, strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization, plus Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or similar IT role.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualization.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
• Knowledge of Intune and Windows Autopilot is an advantage.
• Good understanding of monitoring, security practices and identity management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure across locations.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and identity services.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability; identify risks.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
• Contribute to modernization, automation, security, and reliability.
• Lead IT projects from planning to handover.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex infrastructure issues.
