N26 in Spain is seeking a Senior Specialist, Affiliate & Influencers to lead expansion and partnerships across performance marketing channels. You will drive negotiations, manage external partners, and troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will own the strategy for Affiliate and Influencer marketing, optimize operations, report findings, and coordinate offline growth initiatives. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with fintech experience a strong plus.

Formación

• +5 years of experience within high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles.
• At least 2 years of direct experience managing Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programs.
• Proven track record building and scaling partner relationships in the Spanish market.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel/Sheets for attribution.
• Spanish fluency; English fluency essential for collaboration.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Influencer & Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our expansion in the Spanish market.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is eager to manage complex external partnerships and drive user acquisition while maintaining a high-impact, operational mindset across all performance marketing channels. You will join a high-performance team where you will be expected to manage everything from strategic negotiations to technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

The official title for this role is: Senior Specialist, Affiliate & Influencers - Spain.

In this role, you will:

Influencer and Affiliates Marketing

• Primary focus will be defining, optimizing and executing our Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy, ensuring total alignment with our business goals and local market nuances.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Spanish Affiliate and Influencer network, including pipeline building, relationship management, negotiation, and performance optimization.
• Conduct data-driven research and analysis to support decision-making and provide the insights needed to scale channel performance. This includes deep dive analysis on acquisition rates, costs, profitability, product penetration and long term retention,
• Own the reporting of channel performance, key insights, and strategic plans during weekly and monthly growth steering meetings.
• Help define and improve marketing processes related to partnership tracking, attribution, and payout/budgeting for the Spanish market.
• Ensure content compliance and internal rules and controls processing.

Growth Marketing

• Identify and execute ad-hoc growth initiatives to drive user and revenue growth.
• Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic business partners to expand reach and acquire new audiences.
• Plan and coordinate offline growth initiatives, including traditional media placements, displays, and event activations.
• Lead social media collaborations with key partners to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate content creation with external subject-matter experts and speakers to build public brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Proactivelyidentify and execute new growth opportunitiesand experimental initiatives that support overall marketing and business objectives.

What you need to be successful:

• The Foundation: +5 years of experience within high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles, demonstrating a resourceful and versatile marketing background.
• Specialized Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience managing Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programs.
• Market Mastery: A proven track record of independently building and scaling new partner relationships specifically within the Spanish market.
• Data Excellence: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) to audit partner performance and attribution models.
• Commercial Grit: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and structure diverse commercial deals, including CPA, CPL, fee structures, and commission tiers.
• Linguistic Fluency: Professional fluency in Spanish is required; fluency in English is essential for collaboration with our international team.
• The "Plus": Experience in fintech or banking is a significant advantage.
