N26 is seeking a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our expansion in the Spanish market, owning affiliate and influencer strategies, negotiations, and performance. You will work across growth and partnerships, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in fast-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing.
• At least 2 years managing Affiliate and Influencer programs.
• Proven track record building Spanish market partnerships.
• Proficient in data visualization and advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Able to negotiate diverse commercial deals (CPA/CPL/fees/commissions).
• Fluency in Spanish; English essential for collaboration.
• Fintech or banking experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define, optimize and execute Affiliate and Influencer strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage day-to-day Spanish Affiliate/Influencer network: pipeline, relationships, negotiations, optimization.
• Perform data-driven analysis to scale channel performance and retention.
• Own reporting of channel performance in growth meetings.
• Improve processes for partnership tracking, attribution, and payout budgeting.
• Ensure content compliance and internal controls.
• Identify and execute growth initiatives, including offline activations and partnerships.
• Lead co-marketing with partners and manage content creation with experts.
