N26 in Spain is seeking a Senior Specialist, Affiliate & Influencers to lead expansion and partnerships across performance marketing channels. You will drive negotiations, manage external partners, and troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will own the strategy for Affiliate and Influencer marketing, optimize operations, report findings, and coordinate offline growth initiatives. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with fintech experience a strong plus.

Formación

• +5 years of experience within high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles.
• At least 2 years of direct experience managing Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programs.
• Proven track record building and scaling partner relationships in the Spanish market.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel/Sheets for attribution.
• Spanish fluency; English fluency essential for collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define, optimize and execute Affiliate and Influencer strategy aligned to business goals.
• Manage day-to-day Spanish Affiliate/Influencer network operations.
• Conduct data-driven analysis on acquisition, costs, profitability and retention.
• Own reporting of channel performance in weekly and monthly meetings.
• Improve partnership tracking, attribution, and payout processes for Spain.
• Ensure content compliance and internal controls.
