Job summary

PropHero Careers is seeking an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Executive to help build and scale one of our fastest-growing acquisition channels: creator and influencer marketing. You will work closely with the Partnerships Lead and Marketing Manager to identify relevant creators, nurture relationships, coordinate collaborations, and translate content opportunities into measurable business results.

You will scout new creators, manage the pipeline, support partnerships, and coordinate campaigns

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships or a similar role.
• Genuine passion for content and creators: follow social media trends and discover new creators.
• Strong organisational and communication skills: reliable, structured and able to manage multiple conversations, campaigns and deadlines.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: spot opportunities and turn ideas into action.
• Creative but execution-oriented: enjoy ideation but also getting things done.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable using basic performance data to understand what works.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters/Substack or creator platforms.
• Advanced English, as internal communication is in English.

Responsibilities

• Scout and identify new creators: research influencers, micro-influencers, UGC creators, newsletters and emerging profiles relevant to PropHero and our target audiences.
• Manage the creator pipeline: qualify profiles, maintain our database, manage conversations and coordinate next steps.
• Support partnerships: reach out to creators, introduce PropHero, follow up on opportunities and support collaboration agreements.
• Coordinate content campaigns: help develop briefs, coordinate content creation and publication, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Stay close to content and trends: monitor platforms, creators and emerging formats to identify new opportunities and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Track performance: monitor reach, engagement, traffic, leads and customer acquisition to understand what works and optimise the channel.
• Support media communications: identify relevant national and local media, podcasts and newsletters, and support coordinating interviews, press releases and other visibility opportunities.
• Collaborate across Marketing: work with Social, Content, Performance, PR and Sales to align creator activity with broader marketing and commercial goals.

How you will shape Prophero:

As an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Executive, you will help us build and scale one of our fastest-growing acquisition channels: creator and influencer marketing. What you will bring to our team:

We are looking for someone curious, energetic and genuinely passionate about content and the creator economy. You don't need to be an influencer marketing expert yet — curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn matter most.

• 2 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships or a similar role. Agency experience is highly valued.
