Ibancar World, a fast-growing fintech based in Málaga, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive integrated marketing initiatives across brand, content, and performance campaigns. The role collaborates with Product, Sales, Risk and leadership to deliver measurable business impact in a dynamic environment.

You will own campaigns across channels, coordinate content production, and help optimize the full customer journey from awareness to conversion, while leveraging data to inform decisions.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing (generalist preferred).
• Experience in fintech, neobanking, or high-growth B2C startups is valued.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (professional proficiency).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support integrated marketing planning across brand, content, social, SEO, email, CRM, and paid media.
• Manage and optimize B2C acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, and affiliates; monitor CAC and conversion metrics.
• Coordinate corporate blog, social media and content production; assist with copywriting and design support.
• Coordinate campaigns across platforms; test messages, audiences, creatives and formats.
• Track performance across the customer journey and identify improvement opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in creating engaging customer journeys across Email, WhatsApp and Push channels.
• Support budget allocation and vendor coordination with external agencies.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights for Leadership.
