Job summary

INNOCV Solutions S.L.U. is building the AI TechLab in Madrid to run PoCs and pre-sales exercises, delivering rapid value through data-driven hypotheses and proofs of value. You will join as Industry Lead, linking client needs with engineering and leadership, shaping solutions across industries and driving opportunities.

This role emphasizes business impact over pure sales, with a focus on measurable outcomes, executive engagement, and hybrid work with frequent client visits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, pre-sales, solution consulting or digital transformation.
• Direct experience working with client leadership (≥3 instances).
• Proven industry experience in at least two target sectors (banking, energy, retail, healthcare).
• Track record of taking PoCs, pilots or MVPs into production projects or signed contracts.
• Solid understanding of generative AI, data and analytics, and digital product concepts.
• Ability to build a business case and defend it in front of a CFO.
• Excellent executive communication in Spanish and English.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Spot business challenges in banking, energy, retail, and life sciences where AI, data and digital product can move a KPI.
• Define testable hypotheses and measurement plans before coding.
• Own the PoC with TechLab engineers: data, architecture, success criteria and a weeks-long timeline.
• Prove value with a compelling story and demo for client leadership, including CFO-level defense.
• Turn PoCs into proposals and co-own the pipeline with account managers and delivery teams.
• Shape repeatable industry offerings, demos and assets.
• Read the market; advise on signals worth betting on for TechLab.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams in a hybrid Madrid-based setting.
