Lear For You in Spain is seeking a Test Engineer to join the Manufacturing Engineering team, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager. The role focuses on hardware and test equipment, with a passion for production technologies and a mix of HW/SW knowledge.

Responsibilities include defining hardware architecture, test requirements, test software concepts, continuous improvement, equipment homologation, line setup, and training operators in new procedures. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Technical Engineer - Industrial, specializing in Industrial Electronics or Telecommunications.
• Knowledge of programming.
• Hardware knowledge. Identification of the functionality of an electronic schema.
• Resolutive and self-sufficient in dynamic, demanding environments.
• Spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Hardware architecture definition and test equipment instrumentation.
• Participation in the test requirements analysis for the products industrialization.
• Test software conceptualization and development
• Participation in processes of continuous improvement.
• Homologation of equipment and tools.
• Active participation in setting up lines and processes.
• Training direct workers in new procedures within the productive process.

Job Description

Test Engineer will report to the Test Engineer Manufacturing Manager and will be integrated in the Manufacturing Engineering team. We are looking for a person passionate about the world of production and operations with knowledge of HW and SW and with interest in new production technologies.
