Getnet Platforms, part of Santander Payment Solutions, is seeking an Incident Manager to join our Madrid team. You will drive incident strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage communications with clients during incidents to ensure rapid restoration and clear updates.

Competenze

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Advanced Spanish.
• Portuguese (Preferred)

Mansioni

• Drive the implementation of the Service strategy across clients and services, focusing on reducing incident resolution times, preventing recurrence and continuously improving processes.
• Lead incident management and forensic activities in coordination with Local and Global Payment Hub teams to support reliable service delivery.
• Coordinate Product, Platform, Development, Operations, Business and SDS stakeholders during incidents, fostering transparency, teamwork and customer focus.
• Manage client communications throughout incidents, providing clear, relevant and assertive information through resolution.
• Lead and support Major Incident Management teams during critical incidents.
• Apply industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout incident and problem management activities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen incident and problem management processes.
• Monitor problem improvement plans and follow through on actions designed to prevent incident recurrence.
