Job summary

Getnet Platforms, part of Santander Payment Solutions, is seeking an IT Systems Technician to support our payments platform and ensure secure, reliable operations across our Madrid-based infrastructure.

You will manage incidents, document processes, and contribute to platform enhancements and integration projects, working in a hybrid model with on-site and remote collaboration to deliver resilient solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Linux-based systems administration.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP communications.
• Desirable knowledge of financial messaging services (e.g. FIN, FileAct).
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the payments platform to ensure secure and stable operations.
• Contribute to platform enhancements and integration initiatives.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Coordinate incident management and resolution.
