Sanofi in Barcelona seeks an experienced Incident Management Reliability Engineer to safeguard the stability and resilience of critical IT services supporting a global biopharmaceutical company. As part of the Digital organization, you will blend incident management with reliability engineering to minimize disruptions, accelerate recovery, and raise system performance.

8+ years of experience, expertise in cloud, networking, and automation are required, with ITIL or similar certifications

Formación

• 8+ years in incident management, reliability engineering, or related IT operations.
• Strong networking and infrastructure as code knowledge.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization.
• Familiarity with containers, automation, databases, and scheduling tools.
• Certifications (ITIL v4 or similar) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Major Incident management (P1/P2) with clear stakeholder communication.
• Act as command centre lead during critical outages across teams.
• Maintain incident docs with root cause, timeline, and resolution steps.
• Drive post-incident reviews and implement preventive actions.
• Ensure ITSM best practices, escalation processes, and consistent communications.
