• 10+ years of experience in Risk Management or related control functions within payments, banking or financial services.
• Extensive experience across the payments ecosystem, including payment and card processing, technology platforms and digital operating models.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with Executive Committees, senior governance forums and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and developing talent within an international environment.
• Degree-level education.
• Recognised professional risk qualification or certification.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Second Line of Defense risk oversight and independent challenge across Getnet Platforms.
• Advise executive business and technology stakeholders, embedding risk considerations into strategic planning and business transformation initiatives.
• Oversee independent risk assessments for transformations, migrations, partnerships, product launches and other strategic initiatives.
• Maintain an enterprise-wide view of the risk profile, identifying emerging risks, concentrations, interdependencies and forward-looking trends.
• Consolidate insights from Technology, Cybersecurity, Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, Third-Party and Operational Risk to provide an integrated view of the Payments risk profile.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional risk initiatives and oversee action plans arising from risk reviews, regulatory engagements and assurance activities.
• Represent Risk & Compliance in executive governance forums, providing balanced, independent and pragmatic risk opinions.
• Strengthen the risk framework, governance, reporting, oversight practices and risk culture in line with business growth and regulatory expectations.
