You will lead major incidents (P1/P2), drive post-incident reviews, and collaborate with platform teams to raise reliability, observability, and fault tolerance across global biopharma IT systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in incident management or reliability engineering.
• Strong foundation in networking and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and automation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Major Incidents (P1/P2) and coordinate with technical and business teams.
• Drive post-incident reviews and implement action items.
• Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs/SLAs and improve service reliability.
• Automate operational tasks and contribute to continuous improvement in CI/CD environments.
