Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project/program management in Protective Security or related enterprise environments.
• Experience with global multi-country deployments and physical security systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk & compliance in security programs and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Protective Security projects across regions and vendors.
• Translate security needs into IT delivery with adherence to standards and policies.
• Lead global/security platform rollouts (access control, CCTV, identity platforms).
• Manage program governance, risk, and change control with clear documentation.
• Provide executive updates and align stakeholders across site, regional, and global teams.
