Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project/program management in Protective Security
• Strong exposure to Physical security systems and enterprise platforms
• Deep understanding of physical security systems, operations, and risk/compliance
• Experience managing external vendors and complex contracts
• Proven expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery
• Senior-level leadership in matrix organizations with decision-making under pressure

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project & Program Delivery across security platforms and regions
• Protective Physical Security Integration with IT delivery and regulatory requirements
• Governance, Risk & Compliance with audit and SoD considerations
• Stakeholder & Leadership Management including executive updates
• Vendor & Financial Management including SOWs and cost control
• Portfolio & Continuous Improvement contributing to IT roadmap and standardization
