Cross Border Talents is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to help customers grow by advising on products, platforms, and services. You will identify business needs, craft strategic guidance, and upsell where appropriate while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

You will operate in a quota-driven, phone-based environment, leveraging IT familiarity and excellent English communication. A European work permit is required, with a full-time schedule and relocation support offered

Formación

• BA/BS degree OR equivalent practical experience.
• Native level of English and ability to speak/write fluently.
• Experience in inbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in IT.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted consultant to customers across registrar and web hosting products.
• Reach assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience while meeting quotas.
• Provide strategic recommendations to upsell products and features.
• Master knowledge on core products and coach colleagues on areas of expertise.
• Handle escalation calls on covered topics.
