Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an on-site, full-time role. You will provide accurate information to customers, manage orders, handle post-sales inquiries, and ensure CRM data quality.

Fluency in French and advanced Spanish is required, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. The position offers a 39-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 09:00–18:00), an onsite Barcelona office, referral bonuses, paid training, and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, You Will

• Provide with accurate information to our customer.
• Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests.
• Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds…)
• Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures.
