Concentrix in Barcelona is hiring a Fashion Support Consultant for a full-time, fixed-term contract (39 hours/week). You will handle multi-channel customer queries, maintain logs, and resolve issues within SLA, while building product knowledge for client applications.

The role values English fluency, strong customer-care abilities, and the capacity to own and advance calls to resolution, with training provided and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in English.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need.
• Take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to elevate call to resolution.
• Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties
