Job summary

seQura is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our in-house payroll operations in Spain, ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing and compliance across the organization.

You will collaborate with People Operations and Finance to maintain reliable payroll data, drive process improvements, and deliver a seamless employee experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll in-house experience in Spain.
• Hands-on experience with A3innuva is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll practices, social security contributions, tax withholdings and collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience managing payroll calculations, reconciliations, incidents and deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end monthly payroll process in-house in Spain.
• Validate inputs and process payroll changes, bonuses, and variations.
• Prepare and review payroll calculations, payslips, and reports.
• Manage adjustments, retroactive and off-cycle payments.
• Handle Social Security processes and tax filings.
• Coordinate with People Operations and Finance and external providers.
• Keep payroll data aligned across A3innuva, HiBob and Finance records.
