ESK Recruitment LTD in Sevilla, Spain, is seeking a Network Solutions Manager to design and deliver enterprise network solutions across global sites, cloud and data centre environments. You will set standards, roadmaps and security principles to guide complex projects.

You will lead a team of network engineers, collaborating with cloud, security and infrastructure teams while driving automation, resilience and performance. Occasional out-of-hours support and international travel may be required.

Formación

• Strong enterprise networking background across LAN, WAN and WLAN
• Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto devices
• Knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
• Experience with security concepts like Zero Trust and secure remote access
• Leadership or mentoring experience with network engineers
• Excellent stakeholder-management and clear technical communication
• Experience in complex, multi-site high-availability environments

Responsabilidades

We are partnering with a growing international organisation delivering secure, business-critical technology services across multiple regions. The business is investing in its global infrastructure and is looking for an experienced Network Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of its network a continuación si tiene lo necesario para esta oportunidad y, si es así, envíe su solicitud lo antes posible.

The role:

• Design and deliver enterprise network solutions across global sites, cloud and data centre environments


• Set network standards, technical roadmaps and security principles


• Lead a team of network engineers, managing performance, development and resource planning


• Act as the senior technical lead for complex projects, implementations and escalations


• Work closely with cloud, security, infrastructure and project teams


• Improve automation, resilience, monitoring and overall network performance


• Occasional out-of-hours support and international travel may be required

What we’re looking for:

• Strong enterprise networking background, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routing and switching


• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, cloud networking and hybrid connectivity


• Knowledge of network security, Zero Trust, firewalls, segmentation and secure remote access


• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP, plus automation xkdbapo tools such as Ansible or Terraform


• Previous experience leading or mentoring network engineers


• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly


• Experience working in a complex, high-availability or multi-site environment is highly desirable
