Holded busca un/una Implementación Manager para liderar la onboarding de clientes SMB en Barcelona y asegurar que pasan a live con valor desde el día 1. Serás la voz experta que traduce procesos de negocio en configuraciones de software y coordinarás migraciones, formación y adopción del producto.

Trabajarás en un entorno SaaS, gestionando múltiples proyectos, ayudando a nuestros clientes a adaptar Holded a su operativa real y colaborando con equipos de producto y soporte.

Formación

• 2–5 años en implementación, onboarding o roles de éxito del cliente en SaaS para PYMEs.
• Experiencia con al menos un ERP (Holded, Odoo, Dynamics 365, Navision, Sage) o similar.
• Conocimiento de procesos SMB: contabilidad, facturación, inventario, nóminas o CRM.
• Nativo en español y fluidez en inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar proyectos de onboarding de principio a fin: alcance, configuración, migración de datos, formación y puesta en marcha.
• Mapear procesos del cliente a las funcionalidades de Holded (contabilidad, facturación, inventario, CRM).
• Ser el contacto técnico principal durante la implementación y coordinar con producto y soporte.
• Identificar riesgos y gestionar plazos en múltiples cuentas.
• Realizar formaciones remotas y crear documentación (guías, vídeos, artículos).
• Recabar feedback y proponer mejoras al producto.
• Contribuir a escalar la metodología de onboarding: plantillas, playbooks y automatización.

The Role

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer relationships. You’ll own the end-to-end onboarding experience for our SMB clients, making sure they go live fast, extract real value from day one, and stay with us long-term. You’ll be the expert voice that translates business processes into software configuration — whether that’s migrating data, training users, or redesigning a workflow in Holded to match how a company actually operates.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new clients: scoping, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live.
• Understand each client’s current processes (accounting, invoicing, inventory, HR, CRM) and map them to Holded’s feature set.
• Act as the primary technical contact during implementation, coordinating with the product and support teams when needed.
• Identify risks and blockers early, managing project timelines across multiple simultaneous accounts.
• Conduct remote training sessions and produce documentation (guides, videos, help articles) adapted to each client profile.
• Collect structured feedback from clients post-implementation and surface product gaps to the Product team.
• Contribute to scaling our onboarding methodology: templates, playbooks, and automation of repetitive tasks.

Requirements

About you

• 2-5 years in implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles at a SaaS company targeting SMBs.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of: Holded, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, Sage, or similar ERP/business management software.
• Strong understanding of core SMB business processes: accounting, invoicing, inventory, payroll basics, or CRM.
• Native Spanish speaker but fluent in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Nice to have
• Experience with data migration (CSV, Excel, API-based imports).
• Familiarity with integration tools (Zapier, Make, native API connections).
• Background in consulting, finance, or accounting.
• Exposure to ticketing or CS platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot).
