Holded busca un RevOps Specialist para liderar y optimizar herramientas de IA en el ciclo de vida del cliente. Colaborarás estrechamente con ventas, soporte y marketing y con el equipo de ingeniería para convertir oportunidades en soluciones productivas.

Se requiere experiencia en RevOps, habilidad analítica y capacidad para traducir funciones técnicas en flujos simples para equipos no técnicos. Ofrecemos contrato indefinido y un entorno orientado a crecimiento.

Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en RevOps, Ops de ventas/marketing o rol similar con interés en IA y automatización.

Responsabilidades

What youll do

• Own and continuously improve the AI tools we use across the customer lifecycle (Happy Robot, Supersonik, Clay and whatever comes next)
• Partner with team leads across Sales/Support/Marketing to spot automation opportunities and turn them into working, production-grade solutions, working closely with our engineering team where needed
• Monitor adoption, usage and performance of AI tools, debug issues, and iterate on prompts/flows/integrations tracking impact on metrics like conversion rates, response times, pipeline velocity and team productivity
• Evaluate new AI tools and vendors on the market, help decide when to build in-house vs. buy, and maintain those vendor relationships over time so we stay ahead of their roadmaps
• Act as the go-to person for AI adoption internally: help Sales, Support and Marketing teams get comfortable with new AI workflows and translate what can be technical functionality into simple, actionable habits
• Document processes and tool configurations so they stay maintainable as the team grows
• Work on the broader Business Ops roadmap

Requirements

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, or a similar role, with a genuine interest in AI and automation
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data: you can dig into usage and performance numbers, spot patterns, and turn them into a clear recommendation
• Comfortable working alongside technical teams: familiarity with APIs, basic scripting, prompt engineering, and no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N, HubSpot workflows) you dont need to be an engineer, but youre at ease in that world
• Curious and hands-on with AI tools: youve configured, iterated on, or contributed to AI-driven workflows or agents, and want to go deeper
• Strong process mindset able to map a workflow, spot inefficiencies, and design a scalable, automated fix
• Good business acumen in order to understand where IA can have a bigger impact and apply it.
• A natural cross-team collaborator: comfortable working with Sales, Support, Marketing and Engineering stakeholders, and confident bringing your own ideas to the table rather than waiting to be asked
• A clear communicator: able to translate technical AI functionality into simple, actionable workflows that non-technical teams can actually adopt
• Comfortable with the responsibility of handling customer and business data within our data privacy and security guidelines
• Experience with HubSpot or Lightdash
• Experience in SaaS B2B metrics
• Fluent Spanish and English
