Dost, a fintech startup in Spain, is hiring an ERP Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding from kickoff to go-live, coordinating cross‑functional teams across technical analysts and senior consultants. You’ll own the project lifecycle and ensure a smooth, timely delivery.

Based in Barcelona, this on-site role requires a finance/business background, 2–5 years of SaaS/fintech project management, and fluent Spanish with advanced English.

• DayClient Onboarding Leadership: Own the entire onboarding process from kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.

• Timeline and Project Management: Create realistic project timelines, track milestones, and proactively address any delays before they impact delivery.
• Expectation Management: Communicate clearly with clients about what to expect, when to expect it, and manage scope changes professionally.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Dost’s high standards before client handoff process.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with technical analysts and senior consultants to allocate resources effectively.
