Revolt, part of Anthesis, is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator in Barcelona to support day-to-day agency operations across Client Services, Finance, Operations and People teams.

You will manage project setups, budgets, timelines and billing details, while contributing to process improvements and reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking and collaboration in a fast-paced creative environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in operations, project coordination or project administration.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a creative agency, consultancy or professional services is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project setup and job creation with Client Services and Project Finance.
• Maintain project information, budgets, timelines and billing details in internal systems.
• Support project administration and workflow management for clients and teams.
• Produce regular operational reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and people operations as needed.
• Help with process improvements and operational best practices.
