Holded is seeking a RevOps Specialist focused on Customer Support, with cross-functional responsibilities across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will own RevOps processes, optimize Intercom and Fin AI, and drive KPI reporting to improve customer experience.

You’ll partner with a cross-disciplinary team, work in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and operate primarily in Spanish with English as a supporting language. The role offers a permanent contract and generous employee perks.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, Support Ops, CS analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience with Intercom (Fin AI or another AI agent is a plus).
• Data-driven: comfortable building reports and dashboards.
• Versatile: able to move between CS tasks and broader RevOps work.
• Understanding of business to proactively improve operations and push back when needed.
• Experience with HubSpot or Lightdash, and Canny.
• Native Spanish (AI agent and internal teams operate in Spanish) and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own RevOps processes and tooling for Customer Support, with Intercom and Fin AI as core stack.
• Configure, maintain and optimize Intercom and Fin AI to keep support scalable and reliable.
• Partner with CS to map, standardize and improve support workflows.
• Define and track CS KPIs and build dashboards to monitor them.
• Spot friction points across the customer journey and collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Finance to fix them.
• Support the wider RevOps team on processes and tooling across Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Contribute to cross-functional RevOps projects and initiatives beyond Customer Support.
• Help ensure data stays clean and consistent across RevOps tools.
