Holded is seeking a RevOps Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. The role centers on Customer Support, optimizing processes and tooling with Intercom and Fin AI while collaborating across Sales, Marketing and Finance.

You’ll work under the RevOps Manager and contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring data quality and scalable support. Fluency in Spanish and strong English are required.

Formación

• 2-4 years in RevOps, Support Ops, CS analytics, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Intercom; Fin AI or another AI support agent is a plus.
• Comfortable building reports, dashboards and basic analyses.
• Experience with HubSpot or Lightdash and Canny.
• Knowledge of SaaS B2B metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own RevOps processes and tooling for the Customer Support function, with Intercom and Fin AI as core stack.
• Configure, maintain and optimize Intercom and Fin AI to scale support.
• Partner with CS to map, standardize and improve workflows.
• Define and track CS KPIs and build dashboards to monitor them.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Finance on friction points and broader RevOps projects.
