Job summary
Philips is seeking a Customer Project Manager Health Systems (Imaging & Image Guided Therapy) based in Madrid. You will own the Order Realization Process and support the Order Acquisition Process, coordinating with sales and KAM to ensure on-time delivery, budgets, and adherence to requirements in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
The role requires 2+ years in healthcare equipment installation, cross-functional leadership, CAPM/PMP preferred, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years in healthcare equipment installation and project delivery.
- Proven track record leading project implementations or coordinating teams.
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Able to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate order acquisition site planning with sales and KAM.
- Develop project plans, budgets and risk assessments.
- Manage ORP installation projects with milestones and resources.
- Interface with customer and internal teams; ensure on-time delivery.
- Obtain customer acceptance and handover documentation.
