Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sales Representative to support our Spanish Gastroenterology business, focusing on field-based engagement across Madrid Oeste-Sur, Toledo, Ciudad Real and Cáceres. You will drive territory performance, manage accounts, and execute regional brand strategies with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes scientific and commercial communication, multi-channel engagement, and data-driven territory planning in a high-growth environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.
• 5+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharma.
• Proven track record to manage territories and key accounts.
• Experience communicating scientific and commercial messages to healthcare professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop positive relationships with key healthcare professionals and communicate the value of our portfolio.
• Execute brand strategy within the territory through high-quality scientific and commercial interactions.
• Design and implement territory plans aligned with the national strategy using data and insights.
• Identify, segment, and prioritize key accounts and stakeholders to maximize patient access.
• Collaborate with medical and cross-functional teams to implement regional initiatives and programs.
• Utilize in-person and digital channels to optimize customer engagement and brand presence.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with the organization.
