Job summary

CIBT is a leading global provider of immigration and visa services, seeking an administrative support professional to assist our Immigration Experts in Spain. You will help with client services, case updates, and daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Based in Madrid, you will work closely with local teams, contribute to a growing practice, and gain exposure to global immigration solutions within Newland Chase and CIBTvisas.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in administration support and client service.
• English: good skills as user level (oral and written).
• Very good MS Office and general computer user proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide immigration cases management support to local Spanish immigration Experts
• Provide accompaniment service to clients (town hall, police station, etc.)
• Proceed with updates in cases management system
• Manage office administration (supplies order, etc.)
• Deal with petty cash file
• Manage archives
• Dispatch invoices to local clients
• Welcome clients
• Any other activities necessary to support the Newland Chase practice in Spain
