JD Logistics in Madrid is seeking a Stock / Inventory Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily inventory control, cycle counts, and bin quality auditing within a high-density fulfillment center. You will lead ICQA shift teams and ensure compliance with local logistics standards.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with flexibility for diverse shift patterns to support a 24/7 operation. This role emphasizes safety, floor leadership, and data-driven stock optimization.

Formación

• Operational experience supervising ICQA, stock auditing, or cycle counting in high-volume fulfillment
• Hands-on use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking paths, RF scanners, and data reporting tools like Excel

Responsabilidades

• Supervise inventory control operations and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Lead ICQA shift Team Leaders and stock specialists, manage schedules and safety compliance
• Resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock, and enforce capacity and quality standards
• Conduct routine floor audits to ensure proper bin hygiene and space utilization
