Clutch HR is seeking a Supply Chain Director for Spain and Portugal. This role involves overseeing warehouse management and replenishment, with a focus on logistics infrastructure optimization. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations at the Madrid warehouse, leading a team, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supply chain management within retail, fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese, and a strong analytical mindset.

Formación

• Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within retail, GDO, or multibrand environments.
• Solid background in both warehouse operations and inventory/replenishment management.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PL).
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on approach to implementation.
• Willingness to be based in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Madrid warehouse.
• Manage the relationship with the third-party logistics provider.
• Ensure efficient goods flow and inventory accuracy.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 5–7 people.
• Design and implement replenishment processes across the Iberian market.
• Monitor and optimize stock levels and availability.
• Oversee transport coordination for inbound and outbound flows.
