JD Logistics is seeking a proactive leader to take ownership of a new regional Sorting Center in the Madrid area. You will oversee inbound linehaul reception, automated sorting, cross-docking, and outbound injections while aligning with local agreements.

The role requires mastery of MHS systems, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to implement flexible shifts to support a 24/7 network rollout across high-volume periods.

Formación

• Experience with Automated Material Handling Systems (MHS) and sorting belt software.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to work night/weekend shifts for a 24/7 network.

Responsabilidades

• Hub commissioning and integration of the automated sorting facility by deadlines.
• Improve throughput and reduce mis-sort rates across lines.
• Maintain zero-delay network window and on-time outbound trucks.
• Design multi-shift schedules to scale with volume fluctuations.
