Cigna Healthcare is seeking an IBM i / AS400 Production Support Analyst (L2) to provide first-line and Level 2 support for mission-critical IBM i applications, focusing on incident resolution, service requests, monitoring, and operational stability. The role operates in an Agile/ITIL-aligned environment and offers growth in IBM i and SQL skills across overnight batch windows.

• Experience in application support or service desk.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and service levels.
• Exposure to IBM i (AS/400) environments is a plus.
• SQL basics and data concepts.
• Strong communication with business users and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems.
• Investigate issues using logs, reports and system information.
• Support batch processing and daily/nightly operations.
• Monitor alerts and performance dashboards, escalate risks.
• Maintain documented resolutions and runbooks.
• Collaborate with IT teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop IBM i and SQL knowledge for career growth.
