NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned CICS Mainframe Systems Programmer to ensure stability, availability, and performance of CICS services in a IBM Mainframe environment. You will lead incident resolution, collaborate with development and support teams, and design solutions to enhance service continuity.

The role requires hands-on expertise in CICS, SMP/E, RACF/ACF2, and z/OS, with a focus on high availability and proactive problem solving in a global team setting.

Formación

• Significant experience in Mainframe Systems Programming focusing on CICS administration.
• Experience with large-scale, mission-critical CICS environments.
• Experience installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting CICS Transaction Server.
• Exposure to Mainframe Sysplex environments and HA configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience in banking/financial services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, administer, maintain, and support CICS systems software.
• Create and manage CICS resource definitions and system configurations.
• Support and maintain production CICS environments, including out-of-hours troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Install, test, and implement new releases, maintenance updates, and enhancements for CICS Transaction Server.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for applications utilizing CICS services.
• Work with development and support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Lead problem determination, root cause analysis, and recovery activities during incidents.
• Design and implement technology improvements to boost availability and performance.
• Monitor CICS performance and resource usage to ensure SLAs.
• Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Administer user access controls and security using RACF/ACF2.
• Plan capacity and perform performance tuning for CICS environments.
• Ensure data security, recovery, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in change/release management and documentation.
