• Install, configure, and support CICS systems software
• Manage CICS resource definitions and configurations
• Provide Level 2/3 support and incident resolution for production environments
• Plan and implement new CICS releases and maintenance
• Lead problem determination, root cause analysis, and recovery during incidents
• Design solutions to improve availability, performance, and efficiency
• Develop backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures
• Administer security controls (RACF, ACF2) and support IAM practices
• Capacity planning and performance tuning for CICS environments

In this role you will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of CICS services on IBM Mainframe. • Experience in production-critical systems with stringent availability requirements
