You will drive revenue maximisation through dynamic pricing, forecasting, demand analysis, inventory optimisation and commercial performance management across GA, VIP experiences, premium tables and reservations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with the brand and guest experience.

Formación

• 8+ years’ experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Yield or Commercial Analytics in premium hospitality or events.
• Senior, commercially driven leadership with hands-on execution.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the revenue strategy across GA, VIP, premium tables, reservations and other revenue streams.
• Drive pricing, yield and inventory optimisation based on demand, booking pace, capacity and market conditions.
• Set revenue targets and KPIs, identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting and demand analysis, monitoring booking pace, customer behaviour and market trends.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to ensure strong commercial alignment.
• Lead revenue reporting and performance analysis using ticketing, CRM, POS and BI systems.
