Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Ibiza and seeks an experienced Head of Finance to oversee all financial operations and planning. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to drive performance.

You will lead the finance team, collaborate with Tomorrowland HQ, and shape strategies for a high-impact hospitality and entertainment project on the island. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years in financial management. Hospitality/entertainment experience preferred.
• Experience working with an international HQ/team.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and Spanish regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a must.

As the head of Finance, you will be responsible for managing the financial strategies and operations. This includes budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will be essential in driving financial performance and supporting business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
