Tomorrowland Ibiza seeks a hands-on Operations Director to oversee day-to-day activities across departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience with a strong focus on safety and operational excellence.

You will lead Guest & Entrance Operations, VIP, Artist Operations, Production & AV, IT, Maintenance, Cleaning, Shop and Mobility, coordinating with F&B, Finance, HR and Security.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage budgets, staffing and peak-season readiness for Ibiza.

Formación

• Proven senior operational leadership experience within luxury hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, events or high-volume venues.
• Strong experience managing GA operations, VIP/premium hospitality and high-profile events.
• Experience leading large, multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, seasonal environments.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, licensing, compliance, risk management and emergency procedures.
• Experience with pre-opening, operational readiness, peak-season management and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operation and overall operational performance of the venue.
• Drive pre-opening planning and readiness, ensuring teams, suppliers, systems and procedures are tested.
• Establish clear operational standards, processes and ways of working.
• Ensure staffing, resources and capacity according to business and guest requirements.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence during peak periods and major events.
• Lead and coordinate all departments within the Operations structure.
• Provide direction to Department Heads and ensure accountability.
• Oversee guest, VIP, artist coordination and manage guest flows and capacity.
