Tomorrowland Ibiza is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the reliable operation of IT infrastructure, networks and guest-facing technologies within a premium hospitality setting. The role requires a hands-on, proactive technology professional who can align IT with business goals during pre-opening and ongoing operations.

You will collaborate with Tomorrowland HQ, Operations, Finance and HR to implement systems, manage vendors, and ensure data protection and continuity.

Formación

• Proven experience in IT management or a similar senior IT role, ideally within hospitality, luxury hospitality or events.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, connectivity, hardware and business systems.
• Experience with hospitality technologies such as PMS, POS, CRM, reservations, payments or ticketing systems is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing technology projects, system implementations and integrations.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, GDPR, data protection and business continuity.
• Experience managing IT suppliers, budgets, contracts, licences and technology assets.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required; Spanish highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across the property, ensuring reliability and availability of networks, Wi-Fi, hardware, telephony, devices and critical infrastructure.
• Manage IT support, incidents, maintenance, upgrades and technical interventions.
• Maintain IT assets, licences, documentation and operational procedures.
• Oversee implementation, operation and support of key hospitality technology systems.
• Coordinate with Tomorrowland HQ and TML Development on ticketing, reservations, CRM and guest-facing tech.
• Lead IT-related pre-opening projects and technology readiness.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection and business continuity procedures.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, budget and technology procurement.
• Coordinate onboarding, equipment, system access and user training for staff.
