Accor, in collaboration with Ennismore, is offering a finance internship at the Cala Llonga site in Ibiza. You will gain hands-on experience in accounting tasks, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a dynamic hospitality group.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Finance or Accounting degree, fluent in English and Spanish, with strong numerical abilities and a proactive, confidential approach to handling financial data.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Assist daily accounting tasks: invoice processing, payment tracking, account reconciliation.
• Support monthly/quarterly financial reports ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Help manage hotel budget: monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Participate in forecasting and financial planning for long-term goals.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure proper financial documentation and budget adherence.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights on performance, costs, and profitability.
• Assist with audits by ensuring documentation meets internal/external requirements.
• Support supplier payments and contract processing.
• Participate in training to deepen understanding of hotel finance operations.
