Westernacher Consulting in Iberia is seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Business Development Lead to own the Iberian market, driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and further establishing Westernacher as a trusted SAP transformation partner in the region.

This is more than a sales leadership role. It is an opportunity to build, scale, and lead a strategic market within a globally respected SAP consulting organization.

Formación

• Proven experience in SAP consulting sales or market leadership in Iberia.
• Track record of growing revenue, developing pipelines, and closing strategic accounts.
• Executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and driving growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute growth strategy across Iberia.
• Build pipeline, win new business, strengthen market presence.
• Develop trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and SAP.
• Represent Westernacher in key customer and industry engagements.
• Own revenue, pipeline, profitability, and market performance.
• Drive deal strategy, negotiations, and successful outcomes.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Support team growth and talent development.
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with values.
