Westernacher Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Business Development Lead to own the Iberian market. You will drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and position Westernacher as a trusted SAP transformation partner in Iberia.

You will lead strategic market development, build pipelines, engage C-level stakeholders, and collaborate with executive leadership to deliver impactful SAP transformations across Spain and Portugal.

Formación

• Proven experience in SAP consulting sales, business development, or market leadership on the Iberian market.
• Track record of growing revenue, building pipelines, and winning strategic accounts.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of SAP solutions and digital transformation trends.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Westernacher's growth strategy across Iberia
• Build pipeline, win new business, and strengthen our market presence
• Develop trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and SAP
• Represent Westernacher in key customer and industry engagements
• Own revenue, pipeline, profitability, and overall market performance
• Drive deal strategy, negotiations, and successful customer outcomes
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Support team growth and talent development
