Westernacher Consulting seeks an experienced SAP Sales and Business Development Lead to own the Iberian market, driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and establishing Westernacher as a trusted SAP transformation partner in the region.

This is more than a sales leadership role—an opportunity to build, scale, and lead a strategic market within a globally respected SAP organization.

Formación

• Proven experience in SAP consulting sales, business development, or market leadership on the Iberian market.
• Track record of growing revenue, building pipelines, and winning strategic accounts.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of SAP solutions and digital transformation trends.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Define and execute Westernacher's growth strategy across Iberia.
