Catenon is seeking a Sales Director to lead Iberian market operations, overseeing a 25+ professional team for Spain and Portugal. You will drive commercial excellence, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with international teams to meet ambitious sales KPIs.

This is a fully operational role reporting to regional leadership. The candidate will have 10+ years in sales leadership within tourism/hospitality, fluency in English, and willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• 10+ years of commercial experience, including at least 5 years in a Sales Director role within tourism or hospitality.
• Proven track record leading and managing large or distributed sales teams.
• Professional fluency in English (C1/C2 level) for reporting and high-level negotiation.
• Willingness to travel regularly, both nationally and internationally.
• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and commercial planning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the local commercial strategy for the Spanish and Portuguese market to ensure sustainable growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a commercial team of over 25 people, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to develop growth plans and cooperative agreements.
• Drive commercial transformation and excellence by implementing modern management tools and CRM strategies.
• Collaborate regularly with international corporate teams and global sales leadership.
• Oversee the commercial budget and ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the transition and change management processes within a team with a long-standing trajectory.
• Represent the company at key industry events and forums.
