La Redoute Iberia is seeking a Pricing & Discount Analyst to own revenue and gross margin across all product categories for Iberia (B2B and B2C). You will set forecasts, drive growth opportunities and collaborate with Finance on monthly re-forecasts.

You will also analyse offers by category, contribute insights to the commercial plan, and lead the Pricing & Discount Analyst to prioritize work and develop the team.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling.
• Analytical, business-minded, proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue and gross margin across every product category in Iberia —B2B and B2C. Set the forecast, find the growth, and lead the Pricing & Discount Analyst.
• Forecast the annual budget and rolling forecast with a full view of business KPIs, and re-forecast by category with Finance each month.
• Analyze which offers perform best by category and contribute those insights to the commercial plan, which the e-commerce team defines.
• Lead and develop the Pricing & Discount Analyst: set priorities, review the work and grow the person.
