JYSK is seeking a Retail Manager to join the country management team for Spain and Portugal. Location options include Madrid, Lisbon, Porto, Barcelona or other major cities, preferably near an international airport in North Iberia.

• Proven track record in retail management with strong sales growth.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.
• Fluent English; strong communication in Spanish/Portuguese beneficial.
• Customer-first mindset with proactive, energetic approach.
• Wamiliar with cross-functional collaboration and travel readiness.
• Ability to train and develop district managers and teams.
• Experience in large multi-store regions is a plus.
