Dynatrace seeks a Senior Regional Services Manager to lead the Iberia and ROE consultants/architects, ensuring delivery excellence and strong customer outcomes across EMEA with a Barcelona base.

You will coach and grow the regional team, coordinate with Sales and SSD, and manage delivery quality and resourcing. The role requires 5+ years in the industry, 2+ years in people management, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in a people-management role.
• Strong understanding of Dynatrace technology and Services delivery.
• Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Spanish/English).

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day PS leader for Iberia and ROE regions.
• Ensures consistent delivery quality and adherence to Dynatrace methodologies across customer engagements.
• Partners with Sales and SSD to plan resourcing and prioritize high-value engagements.
• Coaches and mentors team members, driving skill growth and career progression.
• Escalates and resolves delivery risks, resourcing conflicts, and customer issues.
• Contributes to regional strategy and reports on team/portfolio health to the Regional Services Director.
