Formación

• 7+ years of retail leadership experience including multi-site responsibility.
• Proven record of achieving commercial and operational results.
• Strong people leader with demonstrated coaching and development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Store Managers across the district to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Analyze performance trends and implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and labor laws.
